This educational session is designed for parents looking for ways to navigate through the teenage years and build better relationships with their teenage children.

Understanding Your Teen & the Risks of Substance Use
This 2 part educational session is designed to help parents gain an understanding of their teenage child and the risks of substance use. It will provide education and support for parents or caregivers of adolescents who are using alcohol and/or drugs.

1234 Parent Program
This 3 part educational session is designed for parents of 2 - 5 year old children who would like to learn about basic parenting skills including discipline, child development and relationship building.
